research laboratory. Dobbs Ferry is the site of Livingston Manor, where
George Washington and Marshal Rochambeau of France are said to
have planned the Yorktown Campaign. Seat of Mercy Col. and Masters
School for Girls; Children's Village, a rehabilitation school for
