Bounded by San Carlos and Gila rivers in S, and Verde R. in extreme NW,
Mogollon Rim escarpment forms part of N boundary. Chief ranges are
Sierra Ancha and Mazatzal (W) and Pinal (S) Mts., drained by San
Carlos, Black, White, and East Verde rivers, Theodore Roosevelt Dam and
Reservoir on Salt R. in W, and Coolidge Dam and San Carlos Reservoir on

Tonto Natl. Forest in NW and W and San Carlos and Fort Apache Indian
