20 mi/32 km E of Cape Norman; 51°37'N
55°27'W. Isl. is 4 mi/6 km long,
2 mi/3 km wide; rises to
505 ft/154 m. Fishing. A N extremity is Cape
Bauld, with lighthouse (51°39'N 55°26'W). On mainland,
2 mi/3 km WSW of isl., is fishing settlement
of Quirpon.
