Canada, on S ½ of Moresby Isl. and adjacent Queen
Charlotte Isls., bet. Hecate Strait on E and Pacific Ocean on W. Other
isls. include Kunghit, Burnaby, Lyell, Tanu. Preserves the most remote
of what are referred to as “Canada's Galapagos,” for its unique
flora, fauna. Moss-draped rain forests; tufted puffin,
auklet, petrel. Primitive camping, hiking. No facilities.
