SPECIES: Athyrium filix-femina | Lady Fern
GENERAL DISTRIBUTION : Lady fern is a circumpolar species, occurring from Alaska to the Atlantic, south to California, Texas, and Florida [38]. The variety cyclosorum is found from Alaska south to California; variety michauxii occurs from Labrador and Newfoundland west to northern Saskatchewan and south to Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Iowa [12].
