GENERAL DISTRIBUTION : 
Sixweeks grama is distributed from southern California, Nevada, Utah,
and Colorado south through Mexico [3].  In southern New Mexico and
Arizona, sixweeks grama and Rothrock grama (B. barbata var. rothrockii)
grow together and are difficult to distinguish [9].
