MANAGEMENT CONSIDERATIONS : 
Foxtail fescue generally increases in response to moderate to heavy
grazing [18].  It generally replaces perennial bunchgrasses following
overuse [7].  Foxtail fescue is considered a serious weed in some areas
[14].
