WILDLIFE DISTRIBUTION AND OCCURRENCE

WILDLIFE SPECIES: Colinus virginianus | Northern Bobwhite
GENERAL DISTRIBUTION : The northern bobwhite's range extends from southern Maine and Ontario south to Florida and west to the eastern fringes of Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. Isolated populations inhabit eastern Washington, western Idaho, and northwestern Oregon [2,7]. Populations of northern bobwhite have been introduced to parts of Hawaii and southern British Columbia [12]. Ranges of individual subspecies are listed below [7].
